CryoVac low temperature technologies established 1975 in Cologne, Germany, is the leading supplier for customized cryogenic, low temperature and vacuum systems for a wide range of research and industrial applications.
We offer a broad range of cryogenic equipment, open or closed cycle (refrigerator) systems, with the sample in vacuum or exchange gas, with sizes ranging from small systems for operation with a microscope to room size cryostat systems which operate for days. We offer systems from the mK range up to 800K. Over the course of 45 years we have provide solutions for nearly all experimental requirements at low temperature. A main focus is placed on UHV, low vibration, dry and low loss systems.
All systems are custom and hand-made, all design, engineering, machining, brazing, welding is done in-house and allows us to fully vary options for customers and respond fast to your specifications, even once the manufacturing process is underway.
As standard develo0pments are done with industrial and academic partners in cooperation, mainly being supported by national and/or international grands.
Beside custom designed prototype systems we focus strongly on standard series systems for our national and international OEM customers. Based on OEM customer requirements we do develop individual system for series production with the focus on innovation, quality, reliability, and cost.
All necessary accessories, such as e.g. temperature controller, transfer lines, cryogenics and vacuum equipment are designed, manufactures and sold, by CryoVac too.
Design and engineering of our systems is done in close cooperation with our customers, starting from the first idea and initial design, you will be part of the process, to ensure the best solution for your experiment or application. You can either choose from a broad range of starting-designs, customizable to the very last detail or challenge us with your unique problem and we will start from scratch.
